Sold by the foot, this Double Braid is the strongest and easiest-to-handle line you can buy that stays flexible throughout its service life. The core and cover are constructed from the highest quality treated nylon. The combination of high-grade marine nylon, special torque-balanced construction, and a unique stabilization process produces a long-wearing, easy-to-handle line that resists kinking. New England Ropes’ double braid lines offer controlled elongation and excellent abrasion resistance. 

Versatile double braid line is 15% stronger than three-strand nylon and is ideal for docking and anchoring. With slightly less stretch than three-strand line, it still significantly reduces shock loads on equipment. Treated with an exclusive marine coating and manufactured with precise tension for strength, abrasion resistance and reduced shrinkage.
